The Cigar Shark (Leptobarbus rubripinna), also known as the Red-finned Cigar Shark, is a striking freshwater fish native to Southeast Asia's river systems. Characterized by its elongated, silver body and vibrant red fins. In the wild, Cigar Sharks inhabit large rivers and streams, often migrating upstream during certain seasons. They are omnivorous, feeding on a variety of plant matter, insects, and small aquatic organisms. In an aquarium setting, they thrive on a balanced diet of high-quality pellets, vegetables, and occasional live or frozen foods.
