White & Red Betta - Female

The Female White& Red Betta is a striking and hardy addition to any freshwater aquarium. Known for their calmer temperament compared to males, female bettas can often live in peaceful community tanks with the right tankmates.  

They thrive in warm water (24–28°C) and require a filtered tank. Although they can survive in cooler water, maintaining consistent warmth—especially during South Africa's winter months—ensures better health.  

Feed a protein-rich diet including quality betta pellets, frozen bloodworms, and daphnia. Supplementing with products like Garlic Guard and Azoo Discus Vitamins can support immunity and enhance coloration.
